The role demands strong leadership during live events, requiring quick decision-making and proactive issue resolution to guarantee flawless execution. Managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential, along with balancing strategic planning against operational demands in a deadline-driven environment. Travel up to 40% is expected to support off-site event execution. The position is based in Newport Beach with a hybrid work schedule: remote work on Mondays and Fridays and on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday. With an expected salary range of $112,600 to $155,000, this exempt role also offers an annual bonus compensation plan and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k matching, equity opportunities, and mental health resources.

Joining Evolus means contributing to a brand like no other, thriving within a culture that prioritizes grit, impact, fun, and transparency.
