The role of Event Service Supervisor at Marriott is pivotal in delivering seamless event operations that meet the high standards expected by guests and planners alike. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three years of experience in event management, food and beverage, or related field
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift and set up event equipment and furniture
- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of banquet and event service standards
