Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years experience in design, project or event management
- Proficient Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel less than 10%
- Able to work in-office at least 4 days per week
- Ability to handle extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of relevant production and design processes
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in design, project or event management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Experience with large-scale events or experiential marketing
- Familiarity with fabrication shops, print shops or environmental graphic production
- Ability to understand CAD drawings, layouts, and floor plans
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, FileMaker, Hightail or similar software
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
Job Duties
- Develop and manage project schedules and workflow across multiple projects for design staff
- Manage the asset production process with internal creatives, clients, stakeholders and production partners
- Ensure accuracy of sizing, materials, and installation in tracking documentation
- Organize client assets within file management systems
- Follow Event Production Department procedures including expense reports, quote sheets, time keeping, invoice processing, and contract agreements
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely project progression
- Facilitate communication among freelance and full-time design team members
