The Manager, Creative Operations role at Hilton Grand Vacations is a vital position focused on managing the workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation for the creative teams within the organization. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for design, technology, and the ability to translate creative needs into strategically actionable operations. The Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, directing cross-functional teams that include creative talent, account managers, and production staff, ensuring efficient project delivery aligned with company standards. This hands-on role is responsible for establishing and maintaining scalable project management systems and workflows, as well as developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately measure the department's performance and efficiency.

Success in this role is driven by exceptional collaboration skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and resource constraints while fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The Manager will lead regular team meetings to maintain alignment and transparency on project statuses and troubleshoot any issues that arise during project lifecycles. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three-five years experience in creative operations or traffic management
  • Experience with project scheduling, resource allocation, and collaboration
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with digital analytics and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to develop KPIs and prepare performance reports

Job Qualifications

  • Three-five years in creative operations and/or traffic management role
  • Three-five years with direct experience handling project scheduling, resource allocation, and team collaboration
  • Experience in project management from small-scale projects to multi-tiered campaign projects
  • Experience working within a fast-paced agency or corporate creative services team
  • Demonstrated expertise with project management software preferably Workfront
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A strong creative eye and ability to be a brand steward
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree

Job Duties

  • Manage multiple-fluid projects simultaneously and direct the day-to-day workflow of creative, account, and production teams
  • Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools
  • Develop comprehensive project timelines, milestones, and daily to-do lists
  • Proactively problem-solve to navigate schedule shifts, scope changes, and unexpected roadblocks
  • Monitor the bandwidth and availability of designers, copywriters, and developers
  • Contribute to annual planning representing the team's capacity and constraints
  • Efficiently source creative freelancers for work overflow
  • Lead regular status meetings to align teams and share project updates
  • Serve as the central communication hub between account managers, project managers, and creative staff
  • Maintain and ensure adherence to all core standard operating procedures
  • Support and maintain processes and systems that lead to client and agency success
  • Stay current on project, traffic, and resource management best practices
  • Develop KPIs and prepare reports to measure progress and performance
