Job Duties
- Own and manage the corporate travel program for the Americas region including air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail
- Enforce travel policy and procedures
- Manage relationships with travel management companies, booking tools, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers
- Manage airline loyalty upgrades
- Negotiate contracts and preferred supplier agreements to maximize savings and value
- Monitor travel spend, analyze data, and report on trends, savings, and compliance including unused tickets
- Integrate reporting into overall travel data systems such as DecisionSource and PredictX
- Ensure duty of care and traveler safety including risk management and emergency response protocols
- Partner with business teams to align travel strategy with business goals including sustainability
- Stay current and communicate industry trends, technology, and best practices
- Conduct administrative roundtables to gather feedback and provide travel updates
- Manage and lead end-to-end projects including strategy development, planning, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery
