Known for its commitment to innovation and sustainability, Mastercard combines advanced technology, strategic partnerships, and extensive networks to offer secure, simple, and smart digital payment solutions. These solutions help individuals, businesses, and governments maximize their potential and participate fully in the digital economy. As a global leader, Mastercard fosters a diverse and inclusive work culture that values equal opportunity and merit-based advancements, promoting a collaborative environment where all employees can thrive.

The role of Manager Corporate Travel Services at Mastercard is a strategic and pivotal position responsible for leading and optimizing the corporate travel program for the Americas region. This full-time role requires a professional who can manage various aspects of business travel, ensuring it is cost-effective, compliant with internal policies, and provides a seamless experience for employees across the organization. The successful candidate will own all elements of the travel program, including airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and rail services, ensuring these align with Mastercard's business goals and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships such as travel management companies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers, while negotiating contracts to maximize savings and value. The role demands strong analytical skills to monitor travel spend, analyze data, and generate reporting on trends, savings, and policy compliance. In addition, the Manager will integrate travel reporting into broader organizational data systems like DecisionSource and PredictX to provide actionable insights. Ensuring the safety and well-being of travelers is critical, with duties encompassing duty of care, risk management, and emergency response protocols.

The Manager Corporate Travel Services is also tasked with communicating industry trends and best practices, conducting administrative roundtables for feedback and improvement, and leading cross-functional projects that enhance the travel program. This requires excellent stakeholder management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mastercard offers a competitive salary range for this role, which varies by location, along with eligibility for annual bonuses or commissions. Employees benefit from comprehensive insurance plans, paid leave programs including parental and bereavement leave, paid sick and vacation days, retirement plans with company match, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and more. Mastercard is committed to providing accommodations for applicants requiring assistance during the recruitment process, reflecting its inclusive employment philosophy.
