As a Concessions Manager, you will be at the heart of the event-day atmosphere, leading concessions operations across the Cardinal Stadium and KFC Yum! Center. You will oversee all facets of service from hiring and training staff to managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations, and maintaining quality standards. This is an individual contributor role, primarily responsible for completing specialized operational tasks independently, while occasionally collaborating with various teams. The salary for this position ranges from $42,415 to $54,890 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Compensation is fair and equitable, factoring in education level, years of relevant experience, and skills.
