Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • 3-5 years of related food and beverage operations experience
  • hands-on experience in food and beverage operations
  • proven leadership and team motivation capabilities
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
