Job Requirements
- Associate degree in nutrition, food service or related field
- minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, food service, catering or event operations
- successful program completion of the dietetic program at Texas Christian University (TCU) can be considered in lieu of experience or education
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- willingness to adhere to safety and compliance standards

- Lead catering services and event coordination across the organization
- ensure operational excellence and safety compliance
- manage individual contributors and event logistics

- plan and execute catering events
- maintain high-quality service standards
