Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in nutrition, food service or related field
  • minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, food service, catering or event operations
  • successful program completion of the dietetic program at Texas Christian University (TCU) can be considered in lieu of experience or education
  • ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • willingness to adhere to safety and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree in nutrition, food service or related field
  • minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, food service, catering or event operations

  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead catering services and event coordination across the organization
  • ensure operational excellence and safety compliance
  • manage individual contributors and event logistics
  • oversee system workflows
  • collaborate cross-functionally to support event success
  • plan and execute catering events
  • maintain high-quality service standards
