Spanning 17,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space, the center boasts a 180-seat amphitheater and 11 versatile meeting rooms that cater to a diverse range of events, from corporate conferences to specialized seminars. This facility is strategically positioned to serve organizations within the thriving Boston tech ecosystem, offering a sophisticated environment equipped with the latest amenities to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional client experiences.

Hiring for a key leadership role within this dynamic organization, the position focuses on managing multi-functional food service operations with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence. The role involves supporting revenue and profit goals by ensuring disciplined execution of established programs, adhering to safety standards, and providing proactive day-to-day operational oversight. This leadership role also prioritizes fostering an engaged and motivated team that is well-supported to deliver outstanding service.

As an individual contributor in this role, the successful candidate will specialize in executing technical tasks that directly support overall operations. This involves independently managing specific projects and assignments using professional expertise, while at times collaborating with a team to achieve department goals. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure to critical business functions such as purchasing, inventory control, food cost analysis, and financial forecasting.

The role is highly rewarding, offering opportunities to lead diverse food service operations that have a direct impact on client satisfaction and business growth. The position includes championing food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety initiatives to maintain the highest standards of compliance. In addition, this role strengthens leadership capabilities through coaching, delegation, and employee engagement initiatives. The pay range for this role is between $51,085 and $66,110 annually, reflecting the candidate's education, experience, and skills.

What’s in it for you includes driving operational excellence through the consistent application of standard processes and performance metrics, as well as building trusted client relationships that support account growth and profitability. The role encourages professional development and leadership growth in a supportive environment that values diversity, inclusion, and the unique contributions of each team member. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking to develop their management skills and contribute meaningfully to a cutting-edge conference facility within a major metropolitan technology hub.
