Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 0-1 years related experience
Job Qualifications
- food service management experience with focus on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and forecasting
- experience using automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards
- experience supporting quality, patient satisfaction, and service delivery across operations
- proven success coaching teams, providing feedback, and supporting compliance and engagement
Job Duties
- lead and oversee multi-functional food service operations focused on client satisfaction and retention
- support revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs and safety standards
- manage daily operational oversight ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- perform specialized technical tasks independently while collaborating with team members as needed
- execute purchasing, inventory control, food cost management, and forecasting activities
- champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- develop and support team engagement initiatives through coaching and delegation
