Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 0-1 years related experience

Job Qualifications

  • food service management experience with focus on purchasing, inventory, food cost analysis, and forecasting
  • experience using automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
  • knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and workplace safety standards
  • experience supporting quality, patient satisfaction, and service delivery across operations
  • proven success coaching teams, providing feedback, and supporting compliance and engagement

Job Duties

  • lead and oversee multi-functional food service operations focused on client satisfaction and retention
  • support revenue and profit goals through disciplined execution of programs and safety standards
  • manage daily operational oversight ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • perform specialized technical tasks independently while collaborating with team members as needed
  • execute purchasing, inventory control, food cost management, and forecasting activities
  • champion workplace safety initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • develop and support team engagement initiatives through coaching and delegation
