Job Description

This particular opportunity is for experienced restaurateurs to join one of the group’s busiest Italian-inspired American restaurants in a General Manager role, along with openings for FOH Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and Executive Chefs. The General Manager position is a critical role responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure the highest standards of service and food quality are consistently met. The successful candidate will implement the establishment’s policies and procedures, manage staff performance, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike. In this leadership role, you will work closely with other management team members to meet and exceed business objectives, using proactive strategies to address challenges and foster a positive workplace culture.

The General Manager is entrusted with critical responsibilities including staff training and supervision, strict adherence to food safety regulations, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining operational compliance. This role plays a significant part in the continued success and reputation of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest receives excellent hospitality and meets the restaurant’s high standards. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Train and supervise staff
  • ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations

  • maintain safe working conditions
  • follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
  • audit inventory to ensure product availability and order products as necessary
