Job Requirements
- Hold an active cosmetology license for the state
- Availability to work weekends including Fridays and Saturdays
- Passionate about the hair and beauty industry
- Flexible scheduling to cover peak hours from Thursday through Saturday
- Experience in a salon environment preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong team player with proactive attitude
- Skilled in customer service and communication
- Familiarity with scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising
Job Qualifications
- Up-to-date cosmetology license
- Minimum 2 years experience in staff management and recruitment
- Proven ability to train and onboard stylists
