The role of Manager at On the Go based at Philadelphia (PHL) Airport is a significant leadership position offering an annual compensation between $60,000 and $65,000. Reporting directly to senior management, the Manager plays a crucial role in driving daily operations and ensuring that every aspect of the hospitality experience runs smoothly and efficiently. This position involves a hands-on leadership approach to inspire and guide a diverse crew, maintaining high energy and exceptional service throughout every shift. Managers are tasked with balancing operational excellence with budget accountability while upholding the company's stringent safety and quality standards.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations across On the Go's various concepts, from quick-service restaurants and full-service dining to retail outlets. You will be accountable for ensuring that all food and beverage products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, reflecting the brand’s commitment to excellence. Scheduling and staffing fall under your purview, where you must assure that every shift is fully supported and that service quality never wavers. You will also lead the onboarding process for new crewmembers, implementing robust training programs designed to set new hires up for immediate success.

A key component of the Manager’s role is to foster a positive and uplifting workplace environment where crewmembers feel supported, respected, and motivated to deliver their best every day. You will champion a culture of safety, ensuring the workplace remains hazard-free and compliant with all relevant laws, company policies, and safety protocols. The Manager will take a proactive approach in responding to audits such as Coyle and NSF, leading corrective initiatives swiftly and responsibly.

Additionally, Managers serve as vital communicators of company policies and standards, leveraging resources such as the Crewmember Handbook and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) to ensure consistent understanding and adherence across the team.
