The role of a Manager at BurgerWorks is integral to maintaining these high standards. This position carries a dual responsibility: assisting the Operating Partner with overall restaurant management and serving as the direct contact and leader for Team Leaders. The Manager functions both as a leader guiding the restaurant team and as an active team member, ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
