This Manager role based at Orlando International Airport (MCO) located at One Jeff Fuqua Blvd is a critical position within On the Go's airport operations. Offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, the Manager reports directly to the Airport Director and plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across diverse dining and retail concepts. This includes managing quick-service restaurants (QSR), full service, and retail locations at the airport. The Manager is responsible for leading daily operations to ensure that each location functions smoothly and efficiently, driving high standards of service, safety, and budget management. They serve as a leader and motivator to the crew, fostering a culture of high energy, sharp customer service, and operational accountability.

Key responsibilities include overseeing scheduling and staffing to maintain fully supported shifts, ensuring exceptional service levels are consistently met. The Manager oversees the onboarding process, delivering comprehensive training plans that empower new Crewmembers to succeed. They champion workplace safety and compliance, upholding company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards to create a hazard-free environment. A strong focus is placed on quality control, ensuring that food and beverage products meet OTG’s premium standards for presentation and taste, thereby elevating every bite and sip enjoyed by guests.

The Manager also drives performance through audit responsiveness, taking decisive action on compliance audits such as Coyle and NSF, enforcing corrective measures promptly. Communication of company policies is clear and consistent, using resources such as the Crewmember Handbook and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) to maintain team cohesion and understanding. Flexibility is essential in this role, with the Manager expected to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and during irregular weather conditions to maintain operational continuity.
