The Manager role at On the Go, based at the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), is pivotal to maintaining operational excellence across diverse dining and retail concepts. This position offers an annual compensation range of $60,000 to $65,000 and reports directly to senior management. The Manager is responsible for leading daily operations seamlessly across various service formats, including quick-service restaurants, full-service dining, and retail shops. This leadership role requires ensuring that every shift operates efficiently, safety is prioritized, and service quality remains exceptional. The Manager plays a central part in scheduling, staffing, and delivering a high-energy, engaging customer experience that consistently meets On the Go’s standards.
Moreover, the Manager oversees the onboarding and training of new team members, providing strong support and clear communication to align and motivate crews. They champion safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, while actively addressing and correcting issues identified through audits. The position demands excellent organizational and communication skills as well as flexibility to work varied schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions.
