As a Stand Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team known as the Brew Crew, empowering them to deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate a thriving workplace culture. In this role, you will develop a winning team that excels in teamwork, growth, and exceptional service, mentoring new leaders and encouraging Brewistas to embrace new opportunities. Flexibility is key, as your schedule will cover early mornings to late nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the reality of managing a busy coffee stand. Your presence and hands-on approach will ensure operations run smoothly—from coaching and training to stepping in during busy times with tasks like standing for long hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining cleanliness.

Stress management and problem-solving are essential, as you will be expected to handle multiple personalities and challenges with poise and positivity. This role goes beyond managing operations; it's about bringing fun and meaningful connections to the stand, engaging with both customers and team members to create a rewarding daily experience. We offer a base salary of $55,000 with potential for incredible quarterly bonuses. In 2024, our Stand Managers earned an average of $78,000 with top performers making up to $110,000, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and leadership excellence. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a leadership role preferably in food service or retail
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to motivate and manage a diverse team under pressure
