  • Experience in restaurant management or similar role preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Job Duties

  • Contribute to the safety, training, administration, sales, and profitability of the restaurant
  • Partner with the management team to execute action plans and manage hourly employee staffing levels, scheduling, performance management and contribute to performance evaluations
  • Coach and develop hourly employees to achieve their own success and success on each shift
  • Ensure the team is result and solution driven, works together, and demonstrates Carolina Hospitality
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with Home Office, supervisors, management staff, team, guests
  • Create and nurture relationships within the community as a brand ambassador
  • Adhere to all laws, policies, and company standards
  • Manage cost of sales and controllable expenses primarily through effective shift controls
  • Act with ownership mentality and be a good steward
