The Manager role within the Subway team is vital for ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the restaurant. The Manager is tasked with providing an excellent guest experience by ensuring that great food is always prepared and served. Operational oversight is a key part of the Manager's duties. This includes managing inventory and money control systems to maintain financial efficiency and prevent losses. Physically, the Manager must be capable of working in all restaurant areas, performing tasks involving bending, standing, and walking throughout the workday, and lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds occasionally. Comprehensive training on roles and responsibilities is provided to set Managers up for success in their positions.
