Currently, Tolon is seeking a Front of House Manager who embodies the spirit of hospitality excellence and operational leadership. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves creating memorable experiences for guests. As Front of House Manager, you will serve as a key figure in ensuring smooth, efficient, and upbeat service by leading and supporting a diverse team, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners. Your welcoming presence and attention to detail will help set the tone for outstanding guest interactions, making sure every visit lives up to Tolon's high standards.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring floor flow, table turns, and service pacing to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will handle guest feedback with professionalism and poise while jumping in wherever necessary to maintain seamless service. Close collaboration with both the back of house and management teams is essential to align on service standards, special events, and daily operations. In addition, you will play a crucial role in coaching and developing front of house staff, fostering a positive team culture centered on respect, fun, and a passion for excellence.

Job Requirements
