The Manager position at TSFR plays a pivotal role in assisting the General Manager with the daily direction and operation of the restaurant. The Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's standards across all operational sectors including food and beverage preparation, guest services, inventory management, staff recruitment, training and development, and financial accountability. This role demands strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate hourly TEAM members effectively, ensuring their performance aligns with the TSFR Roadmap and company culture. Furthermore, the Manager is expected to foster a guest-oriented atmosphere by responding promptly to guest concerns and striving for a 100 percent table visitation target.

Job Duties
- Ensures prompt, friendly service according to Company guidelines
- Directs overall activities and performance of TEAM Members on a shift by shift basis
- Ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints
- Maintains adequate inventory levels and controls costs
- Enforces alcohol awareness and maintains safety and security programs
- Promotes restaurant organization, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Supports recruitment, training, and development of TEAM Members
- Conducts interviews and monitors performance
- Assures compliance with Company policies and procedures
- Prepares and submits daily paperwork
- Develops goals and action plans for personal and professional growth
