With a commitment to making every guest feel special, Peter Piper Pizza champions a culture where customer satisfaction is paramount, often ensuring that "every guest leaves happy." Established with a mission to be more than just a pizza restaurant, it offers a vibrant space for families to gather, celebrate and enjoy their time, highlighting a commitment not only to good food but to service that fosters community and joy.
The role of a Peter Piper Pizza Manager is integral to the continued success and smooth operation of the restaurant. This position is designed for leaders capable of effectively managing teams ranging from 20 to 45 members, guiding their efforts toward delivering outstanding guest service and achieving high standards of food quality and safety. The Manager’s responsibilities span various critical aspects, including supervising staff, overseeing food preparation, implementing safety protocols, and cultivating a motivating environment conducive to exceeding sales goals. This leadership position demands a flexible work schedule, including availability during weekends, late evenings, and holidays, with a commitment of up to 55 hours per week to adapt to the restaurant’s dynamic operational needs.
Beyond operational oversight, this role fosters personal development opportunities as Managers learn to handle restaurant profit and loss management, marketing strategy implementation, cash control, inventory oversight, and labor management. Furthermore, the ability to manage financial reporting and continuously seek improvement opportunities is highly valued. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced, high-energy settings and demonstrate effective team leadership, brilliant interpersonal communication, and a passion for excellent customer service will find this role rewarding. The Manager acts as a face of the restaurant, ensuring guests are greeted warmly, dining experiences are seamless, and any concerns or complaints are addressed professionally and promptly.
Peter Piper Pizza offers competitive salaries and a robust benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous vacation time, 401(k) plans, short-term disability coverage, and a college tuition reimbursement program. These benefits emphasize the company’s investment in the well-being and growth of its team members, promoting long-term career growth within a supportive company culture.
