Job Requirements
- Proven ability to drive positive results
- Minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to run great shifts
- Demonstrated understanding of the business
- ServSafe certification or ability to pass
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
