The role of Manager at OTG is critical to operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Located at the Philadelphia International Airport, this position offers an annual compensation range of $60,000 to $65,000 and reports directly to Senior Management. The Manager will oversee daily operations across various OTG concepts, ranging from full-service restaurants to retail and quick service restaurants (QSR). The primary responsibility is to ensure smooth, efficient, and quality service delivery by leading and motivating a diverse team of Crewmembers. This role demands hands-on leadership and a proactive approach toward maintaining high standards in food safety, presentation, and guest service.
The Manager is also responsible for staffing, scheduling, and training initiatives that foster an environment where every team member can succeed. Creating a positive workplace atmosphere is central to this role, as is ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The Manager must respond swiftly to audits and implement corrective actions to maintain operational integrity. Job Requirements
- Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- 3 to 5 years of management experience in restaurant or retail environments
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- commitment to safety and compliance standards
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality degree preferred
- 3-5 years of management experience in full-service restaurants or retail, multiunit experience is a plus
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite
