This role is for a full-time Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager at P.F. Chang's, responsible for overseeing all front-of-house functions and ensuring smooth daily operations aligned with the company’s high standards. Reporting directly to the Operating Partner, the Restaurant Manager plays a critical leadership role, stepping in to lead the restaurant in the absence of the Operating Partner. The position is non-exempt, with an hourly pay range from $20.98 to $27.97, or an annual salary ranging between $60,002.80 and $79,994.20, based on experience. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and demonstrates excellence in guest service and operational execution.
