Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen Managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Position reports to General Manager
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications
- Current alcohol and food certification as required for Kitchen Managers
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to handle guest relations and staff development effectively
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Capability to manage inventory and cost controls
- Effective communication and coaching skills
- Proficiency with store-related technology
Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment to ensure prompt and friendly service
- Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift-by-shift basis
- Addresses and corrects all verbal guest complaints immediately and refers more serious issues to the General Manager
- Enforces alcohol awareness and safety compliance
- Maintains adequate inventory levels and oversees product preparation and presentation
- Effectively schedules associates to meet sales demands
- Promotes and manages restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Manages associate performance including recruitment, training, evaluations, and discipline
- Controls costs and assets while ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Reports progress towards restaurant performance objectives and handles cash management procedures
- Develops assistant managers and hourly associates through coaching and training
- Communicates daily with management team
- Completes maintenance and reports needed repairs
- Acts as a role model and demonstrates professional image
- Utilizes technology for operational efficiency
