As a manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring the smooth functioning of all restaurant departments. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring new team members, as well as developing and coaching current staff to achieve their potential. Providing a safe and positive work environment will be one of your top priorities, along with enforcing all established standards and procedures. Working closely with the team, you will monitor performance, drive operational excellence, and uphold the quality and consistency that define our brand. Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- leadership experience
