Jaggers is currently seeking an enthusiastic and capable Manager to support the Managing Partner in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that all guests receive legendary food and service. As a Manager at Jaggers, you will be instrumental in driving sales, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence. The role involves a broad range of responsibilities including overseeing compliance with employment policies, monitoring food quality through line taste and temperature checks, setting the pace during peak dining hours, and conducting regular table visits. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest safety in the restaurant is also a key aspect of the job.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Physical ability to be on feet for extended periods
- Commitment to uphold company values and standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant or food service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties
- Driving sales and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies alongside the management team
- Monitoring tickets and setting the pace during peak hours
- Conducting formal line taste and temperature checks
- Providing and overseeing thorough training
- Maintaining proper food handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
- Conducting table visits with guests to gather insights and assist in developing a sales strategy to improve guest experience and drive sales
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
- Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests at all times
