- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven leadership and performance management skills
- two or more years' experience as a manager in the restaurant industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- mid level computer skills
- open or flexible work availability
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- a do the right thing attitude
- prior Wendy's experience is desirable
