The Manager role at Jaggers is a pivotal position responsible for assisting the Managing Partner in all daily operational activities to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The Manager plays a key role in upholding the brand’s promise by driving sales, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence across all restaurant departments. This position demands strong leadership skills, a passion for food and service, and a proactive approach towards team management and guest interactions. The Manager is tasked with ensuring that all food preparation and service meet the highest standards through regular Taste & Temp checks and diligent monitoring of kitchen and service performance during peak hours.

In addition to quality control, the Manager is responsible for overseeing employee training, enforcing compliance with employment policies, and creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with the company’s core values. They also handle administrative responsibilities such as maintaining proper food handling and storage, ensuring equipment cleanliness and safety, and engaging with guests to gather feedback for improving the overall dining experience.
