Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work approximately 45 hours per week over a 5 day schedule
- capability to provide a safe work environment
- familiarity with purchasing and inventory processes

- Proven experience in restaurant management
- strong leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- excellent customer service abilities
- ability to manage budgets and inventory

Job Duties
- Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
