Job Requirements

proven ability to drive positive results
minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others
ability to run great shifts
demonstrated understanding of business
ServSafe certification or ability to pass
must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods with or without accommodations
able to bend, reach, push, and pull
able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
