Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
- Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift-by-shift basis
- Enforces alcohol awareness and safety programs
- Maintains departmental inventory levels
- Schedules associates to meet sales demands
- Resolves guest complaints promptly and refers to General Manager as needed
- Promotes and manages restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
- Oversees routine maintenance and reports repairs
- Manages associate performance including recruitment, training, coaching and evaluations
- Maintains cost control and compliance with local, state and federal laws
- Prepares and submits daily paperwork and inventories
- Develops assistant managers and key associates
- Demonstrates professional image and promotes team cooperation
- Utilizes technology related to store operations effectively
