The position offered is for a Restaurant Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, with a competitive hourly wage of $25.00 for a 50-hour workweek, translating to an annual salary of approximately $72,000. In this managerial role, the successful candidate will oversee the entire restaurant environment, ensuring that all aspects of daily operations align with the company's high standards. The manager will be responsible for directing shift-by-shift associate performance, instilling a culture that aligns with Apple Gilroy's mission statement to foster teamwork, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and maintain an engaging and fun working atmosphere. Key responsibilities include managing prompt and friendly guest service, addressing verbal and written guest complaints efficiently, ensuring proper alcohol awareness and safety standards, maintaining inventory levels, and supervising food preparation and presentation.

The manager will also be tasked with staff scheduling to meet fluctuating sales demands, enforcing safety and security policies, promoting cleanliness and sanitation, coordinating maintenance requests, and facilitating effective communication within the management team through detailed shift handovers and management logs. The leadership role extends into developing associate performance through strategic recruitment, training, employee coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to foster continual staff improvement and compliance with company policies.

Financial oversight pertains to cost control within the department, asset protection, adherence to regulatory compliance at all government levels, and accurate reporting of food, liquor, and cash handling procedures.
