Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
  • Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift-by-shift basis
  • Enforces alcohol awareness and safety programs
  • Maintains departmental inventory levels
  • Schedules associates to meet sales demands
  • Resolves guest complaints promptly and refers to General Manager as needed
  • Promotes and manages restaurant cleanliness and sanitation
  • Oversees routine maintenance and reports repairs
  • Manages associate performance including recruitment, training, coaching and evaluations
  • Maintains cost control and compliance with local, state and federal laws
  • Prepares and submits daily paperwork and inventories
  • Develops assistant managers and key associates
  • Demonstrates professional image and promotes team cooperation
  • Utilizes technology related to store operations effectively
