Job Requirements
- Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to run great shifts
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Food Safety Manager ServSafe certification or able to pass
- At least 18 years of age
- Mus have a valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
- Ensure extraordinary guest experiences
- Be an ambassador of our guiding values and behaviors including warmth for guests, bold thoughts and brave actions, ownership, teamwork, inspiration, celebration, and respect
- Develop, motivate, coach, and manage team performance
- Ensure shifts run successfully maintaining food and health safety standards
- Collaborate with General Manager and District Manager as part of the management team
- Foster a fun, energized, and inclusive workplace environment
