Job Requirements

Open availability
Ability to work 50 hour work weeks
Must have updated TABC and Manager Food Safety Certificate
Prior restaurant experience
Reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications
Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
Experience with computer operations relevant to the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous management experience preferred

Job Duties

Oversee hospitality, take-out, delivery, and server team member execution
Manage overall team performance and ensure operational efficiency
Lead in-house marketing initiatives and execute the rewards program
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, food safety, and alcohol service regulations
Train and develop team members to enhance service quality
Handle safety and security procedures and monitor system operations
Collaborate with management on staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
