Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in front of house management or supervisory capacity in hospitality
  • excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • flexible and adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments
  • ability to handle guest feedback professionally and positively
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • experience in full-service restaurant management or supervisory roles
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead by example and motivate a team with integrity, humor, and heart
  • calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • passionate about local food, great drinks, and creating a standout guest experience
  • detail oriented - keeps systems in place and ensures others do as well

Job Duties

  • support and collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners to keep service smooth, efficient, and upbeat
  • greet guests with authentic warmth and a sharp eye for detail
  • monitor floor flow, table turns, and pacing to ensure the guest experience hits the Tolon standard: exceptional every time
  • handle guest feedback with professionalism, positivity, and poise
  • jump in wherever needed to ensure service never skips a beat
  • work closely with the back of house and management team to align on service, events, and daily execution
  • help coach FOH staff to grow professionally and keep our culture strong
  • foster a team environment that’s fun, respectful, and committed to excellence
