Job Requirements

minimum high school diploma or equivalent
proven experience in front of house management or supervisory capacity in hospitality
excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
flexible and adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments
ability to handle guest feedback professionally and positively
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

experience in full-service restaurant management or supervisory roles
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to lead by example and motivate a team with integrity, humor, and heart
calm under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
passionate about local food, great drinks, and creating a standout guest experience
detail oriented - keeps systems in place and ensures others do as well

Job Duties

support and collaborate with servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners to keep service smooth, efficient, and upbeat
greet guests with authentic warmth and a sharp eye for detail
monitor floor flow, table turns, and pacing to ensure the guest experience hits the Tolon standard: exceptional every time
handle guest feedback with professionalism, positivity, and poise
jump in wherever needed to ensure service never skips a beat
work closely with the back of house and management team to align on service, events, and daily execution
help coach FOH staff to grow professionally and keep our culture strong
foster a team environment that’s fun, respectful, and committed to excellence
