We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager, also known as a Hospitality Captain, who is ready to lead with passion, inspire a team, and drive exceptional results. This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently while upholding the high standards that our brand represents. The Hospitality Captain is responsible for the comprehensive management of the restaurant, including training and mentoring staff, maintaining service excellence, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role suits someone who is not only experienced but also enthusiastic about creating positive, memorable experiences for guests and team members alike.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead by example, adopting and promoting our brand’s 1-4-7 philosophy, which focuses on stellar guest service, fostering team motivation, and upholding brand integrity. Your leadership will directly influence recruitment, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives, empowering team members to grow professionally and personally. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or high school equivalency
  • ability to obtain a valid manager food safety certification or other food/alcohol certification as required by state law
  • able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
  • good hearing for safety and accurate communication
  • ability to read, write and speak in English
  • reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or high school equivalency
  • bachelors degree preferred
  • valid manager food safety certification or ability to obtain it
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • experience in managing restaurant operations preferred
  • ability to train, coach, and develop team members
  • financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
  • understanding of food safety and liquor service laws

Job Duties

  • being strong brand stewards and ensuring each guest receives excellent service by leading and modeling our 1-4-7 philosophy
  • developing a strong and motivated team through recruitment, communication and training plans
  • identify strategies to retain and develop the best team members
  • leading team members through coaching, discipline and adherence to the brand standards
  • executing positive financial results, including but not limited to meeting sales goal and optimizing P&L
  • ensuring that restaurant facilities are consistently meeting brand standards
  • being aware of and abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage guests
  • ensuring compliance with all labor regulations
