The role of Restaurant Manager is a comprehensive leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the restaurant in line with Dunkin' Donuts’ brand standards. This involves developing and managing a team that delivers outstanding guest service while driving profitable sales growth. Your leadership will focus on promoting a positive and respectful team culture, addressing employee concerns, recognizing achievements, and providing continuous coaching and development opportunities. You will handle hiring, training, and staff planning to ensure optimal coverage based on business needs.
Guest satisfaction is of utmost importance in this role. You will model exceptional service standards and foster an environment where urgency and attentiveness to guest needs are prioritized. Ensuring compliance with brand standards and completing required training such as ServSafe certification will be critical to maintaining food safety and quality.
Profitability will also be a key focus. You will drive sales through effective execution of marketing initiatives and best practices, manage labor, food costs, and cash controls, and uphold safety and cleanliness in the restaurant. Your ability to analyze business performance data, develop improvement plans, and achieve operational goals will directly impact the restaurant’s success. Additionally, adherence to company, brand, and franchise-wide policies is mandatory.
This managerial position demands excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and experience in restaurant or retail management. Job Requirements
- 21 plus years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Possess problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to manage and develop a team
- Willingness to complete ServSafe certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English)
- Math and financial management skills
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
- At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively
- Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs
- Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service
- Ensure brand standards and systems are executed
- Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash
- Analyze restaurant environment and business results to identify opportunities and action plan with their team to set and achieve goals
