- Providing and overseeing thorough training
- Maintaining proper food handling, maintenance, and storage
- Conducting table visits with guests to gather insights and develop sales strategies
- Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and equipment
- Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
