Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Driving sales and guest satisfaction
  • Enforcing compliance with employment policies
  • Monitoring tickets and setting the pace during peak hours
  • Conducting formal line Taste & Temp checks
  • Providing and overseeing thorough training
  • Maintaining proper food handling, maintenance, and storage
  • Conducting table visits with guests to gather insights and develop sales strategies
  • Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and equipment
  • Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment
  • Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
