The Manager role at Jaggers plays a pivotal part in the daily operations of the restaurant, working closely with the Managing Partner to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Key responsibilities include enforcing compliance with employment policies, monitoring kitchen and service operations during peak hours, conducting quality control checks such as line Taste & Temp checks, and providing comprehensive training to staff members. The Manager is also responsible for maintaining proper food handling, storage, and maintenance standards to uphold Jaggers' reputation for quality.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, with duties including direct guest interaction to gather feedback and develop strategies that improve sales and the overall guest experience. Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the restaurant at all times is paramount, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment not only for guests but also for the staff.
