Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Ability to stand and be mobile for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification meeting state requirements
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in supervising and training associates
- Knowledge of alcohol awareness and food safety certifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team and management
- Familiarity with inventory and cost control practices
Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment including service quality and associate performance
- Ensures prompt and friendly service and addresses guest complaints
- Maintains departmental inventory and product quality standards
- Schedules associates effectively to meet sales demands
- Upholds safety, security, cleanliness, and sanitation policies
- Monitors associate recruitment, training, development, and discipline
- Controls cost management and compliance with laws and cash handling procedures
