Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Availability to work weekends and various shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain food safety and operational standards
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform restaurant duties
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Willingness to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated passion and leadership
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • A genuine smiling personality
  • 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights

Job Duties

  • Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
  • Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
  • Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
  • Manage team scheduling and daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance and service quality
