- Responsibilities include setting goals, delegating, following up and reporting
- Guest Service Department Managers ensure great customer experience and organized service areas
- Kitchen Department Managers ensure food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
- People Department Managers hire, train, schedule, recognize and motivate crew
- Previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
- Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and management
- Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in service procedures
- Organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
