  • Responsibilities include setting goals, delegating, following up and reporting
  • Guest Service Department Managers ensure great customer experience and organized service areas
  • Kitchen Department Managers ensure food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
  • People Department Managers hire, train, schedule, recognize and motivate crew
  • Previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • Positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and management
  • Oversee sales promotions and ensure service staff are trained in service procedures
  • Organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen operations
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
