Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age minimum
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules as needed
  • May be required to transfer locations
  • Prolonged standing, walking, bending and stooping
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Safe and effective use of kitchen equipment
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional image and appearance

Job Duties

  • Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain safe working conditions by enforcing safety, security and maintenance policies
  • Monitor team members' tasks to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Control food cost by overseeing food preparation and company procedures
  • Monitor labor usage against sales and take corrective action
  • Execute, train and monitor cash control procedures
  • Provide proper training and ongoing coaching to team members
  • Assist General Manager with compliance of company policies and overall store operations
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
