Job Requirements
- RBS certification or willingness to obtain
- Food handler certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Full-time availability
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurant
- Proven ability to lead a team during busy service
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach
- Experience with restaurant systems such as Toast and SpotOn preferred
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Solid food and wine knowledge preferred
- Professional presence and passion for hospitality
- High emotional intelligence and leadership ability
- Experience with labor management and cost awareness preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the floor during service and ensure a seamless guest experience
- Set the tone for hospitality through professionalism and presence
- Resolve guest concerns and elevate service standards
- Run pre-shift meetings and align team on priorities
- Partner with kitchen and bar for smooth execution
- Supervise and coach FOH team during service
- Support onboarding and training of new hires
- Reinforce accountability and service standards
- Provide feedback and support performance conversations
- Support scheduling and labor management
- Monitor labor and adjust staffing during service
- Ensure daily operational readiness and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory and beverage operations
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Use systems like Toast, SpotOn, OpenTable, and Asana
- Utilize Google Workspace for communication and reporting
- Support consistency through systems and processes
- Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Guide guest experience and support upselling
- Participate in ongoing training and tastings
