- manager food handler certification required
- flexible schedule including weekends and nights
- strong work ethic
- minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service retail or restaurant
- ability to manage and motivate teams
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Duties
- recruiting selecting orienting training assigning scheduling team members in partnership with the district manager
- managing performance including coaching counseling and disciplining team members
- communicating job expectations monitoring and reviewing employee performance
- enforcing policies and procedures
- communicating effectively with district manager about operational and human resources issues
- performing restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met
- tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records
- resolving food preparation and customer service issues
- maintaining safe secure and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation safety and legal regulations
- accomplishing company goals by embracing new job responsibilities and seeking opportunities to add value
