Wingstop is currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced full-time General Manager candidates to join its management team. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, and leading both front- and back-of-house teams to achieve operational excellence. This leadership position requires a proactive manager who partners closely with the District Manager to hire, train, and develop staff, drive sales, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness.   • minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in food service retail or restaurant
  • ability to manage and motivate teams
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Job Duties

  • recruiting selecting orienting training assigning scheduling team members in partnership with the district manager
  • managing performance including coaching counseling and disciplining team members

  • communicating effectively with district manager about operational and human resources issues
  • performing restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met
  • tracking inventory and maintaining accurate records
