Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a management role preferred
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate team tasks, and follow up on results
- Oversee Guest Service operations including staff training, sales promotions, and front counter management
- Supervise Kitchen operations ensuring food quality, safety, cost control, and production training
- Manage People Department duties including hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
- Report results and progress to team and management
