Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a management role preferred
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate team tasks, and follow up on results
  • Oversee Guest Service operations including staff training, sales promotions, and front counter management
  • Supervise Kitchen operations ensuring food quality, safety, cost control, and production training
  • Manage People Department duties including hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation
  • Report results and progress to team and management
