Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt friendly service
- directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift-by-shift basis
- builds a culture using the Vision/Mission Statement to guide teamwork and results
- ensures immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints
- enforces alcohol awareness and maintains departmental inventory levels
- schedules associates effectively to meet sales demands
- maintains safety, security, cleanliness, and sanitation
- performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
- communicates with other managers through logs and meetings
- manages associate performance through recruitment, training, feedback, and compliance
- controls costs and assets and ensures compliance with laws and procedures
- prepares and submits accurate paperwork and reports
- fosters development of managers and associates
- sets goals and action plans for growth
- provides role model and professional image
