Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like training food safety and inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- oversee guest service to deliver great customer experiences and ensure sales promotions are executed well
- organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru for optimal service
- ensure kitchen food quality safety and cost control and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire train schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
