Job Requirements

  • management experience preferred
  • ability to lead teams and delegate tasks
  • knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems
  • excellent organizational skills

  • ability to work a flexible schedule
  • at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • oversee guest service to deliver great customer experiences and ensure sales promotions are executed well
  • organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru for optimal service
  • ensure kitchen food quality safety and cost control and train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hire train schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
