This leadership role combines operational oversight with a strong people management dimension, including assisting with personnel decisions such as hiring, terminations, and promotions.

Furthermore, the Manager is expected to engage actively with continual professional development, working toward becoming GM-ready through participation in a defined Manager Career Development Plan. Operational responsibilities also extend to managing equipment maintenance, conducting line checks, supporting inventory counts, and efficiently managing budgets related to repairs and maintenance. This role demands a vocal and visible leadership presence, consistently demonstrating commitment to guests and team members alike. Occasionally, the Manager may take on roles such as food server, expo, line cook, Service Assistant, or food runner to support the team during busy periods, showcasing flexibility and teamwork.
