Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor performance during shifts
- take actions to meet McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew performance and training
- ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
- manage scheduling and shifts
- uphold safety and security standards
