Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor performance during shifts
  • take actions to meet McDonald’s standards
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
  • manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • manage crew performance and training
  • ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
  • manage scheduling and shifts
  • uphold safety and security standards
