This job opening is for a Manager position within a franchise restaurant setting, reporting directly to the Above Restaurant Leader. The Manager or Multi-Unit Manager role is integral to the restaurant's success, responsible for overseeing overall operations. A key function of the role is to ensure that the restaurant delivers exceptional guest service by executing the brand's standards and procedures meticulously. In this role, the Manager will be expected to identify and support systems that control costs and help maintain budgets, ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently without compromising quality. Providing coaching and constructive feedback to Restaurant Managers on key performance indicators such as brand standards, sales, marketing effectiveness, labor management, and food cost control is a critical responsibility. Job Requirements

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
